WORSHIP

What to expect?

At St. Luke's we center our worship around Jesus Christ and all he has done for us. The worship is built around the Means of Grace (inspired Word Of God, Baptism, and the Lord's Supper). All preaching, teaching, and music themes are focused on the truth of God's Word not the popular culture. All are invited to worship with us and learn more about the rich love of God that comes to us through Jesus Christ.

What to wear?

There is no dress code. All are welcome. When you worship with us you may find many wearing their Sunday best out of love, respect, & honor of the God they have come to worship.

What about Holy Communion?
We practice close or closed communion. The Bible teaches us that not only are we receiving a great blessing from our Savior Jesus when we partake of the Lord's Supper,, but also we are confessing our unity of faith in all the teachings of God's Word with those whom we are communing. (1 Corinthians 10 - 11) Therefore we want you to know what this group of believers confesses before you join us in this sacred, communal meal from our Lord Jesus. Feel free to ask any questions you might have about the Lord's Supper or our Scriptural practice, we would love to answer them.
